CHAYAN – A Consortium for Right to Choice in Marriage
DHANAK (member CHAYAN) will advocate for essential legal and systemic changes in favour of Right to Choice in marriage with the elected representative from government of NCT Delhi and other national political parties. The memorandum will highlight the need for a Delhi state law for civil marriage and major amendments in the Special Marriage Act – 1954.
